At 120DPI / Extra Large Fonts there is the faintest tip of the letter "t" from the word "Start" showing at the extreme left of the Start button when it is not highlighted.
I'm picky as hell and that's the only thing I could find wrong.
Well done!
PS: I *like* your minimize / maximize / close buttons.

Why are all of the Minimize, Maximize, and Window Close buttons not aligned correctly? They all hang a few pixels too low on the title bar. I'm comparing this image to the actual design of Windows Vista, which you seem to take your "inspiration" from.
Now, if their placement is something you actually want, then I suggest you look at another Visual Style, "Luna Elements" by Tornado5.
No they aren't too low. If you change to the font settings I iterated above, they work well still. most people set them too high and at those settings they truncate.
This person did it *correctly* as opposed to the plethora of others who *don't*.

i see parts of the thousends of "vista" styles, some parts of the "lonhorn" styles and the titlebar looks a bit like "illume". so what did you do on your own?
fora isso, bom VS. falta só melhorar ele um pouquinho. ^^

I can find only one tiny bug:
